About Laura
Laura received her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Organizational Development from the University of California, Davis, and her Master’s of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
Laura completed post-graduate training in couples and family therapy and somatic psychotherapy. She also studied neuropsychoanalytic psychology with faculty from UCSF, to better understand the neuroscience of how our mental and emotional lives are biologically organized.
She works with individuals, couples, families and organizations, providing psychodynamically-informed psychotherapy, mindfulness and somatic psychotherapeutic interventions, and organizational and leadership change management support.
